This is a speech processor/ power mic/ with a shitload of extras

Bypass
Compression
Power
large OLED/TFT screen
RB
might have a spectrum analyzer
60sec mp3 recording for playback
Talkback

and a few other toys also.

another update on the CB40SP Speech Processor

I had to completely remove every component, put them into blocks and slowly put everything back together again. It now has the second relay so I can control the TX for roger beep and to disable it for voice record.
